This role is key to ensuring data quality, consistency, and usability while driving high-impact digital transformation and operational excellence projects at Zota Pharma & Healthcare.The incumbent will collaborate with IT, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to deliver efficient data pipelines, actionable insights, and system-wide process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Master Data & Data Governance
- Establish and maintain standards, governance models, and taxonomies for product, vendor, customer, and material master data.
- Implement automated data validation, cleansing, and enrichment workflows using scripting and MDM tools.
- Manage master data lifecycle, including data creation, approvals, updates, and retirements, with full audit traceability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity across ERP, CRM, LIMS, and MES systems.
- Monitor and report on key data quality metrics and perform root-cause analysis for discrepancies.
Program & Project Management
- Lead enterprise-level data and digital transformation programs from planning to execution.
- Develop and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate between business and IT teams to ensure smooth integration of data platforms and systems.
- Drive change management, stakeholder communication, and adoption of data governance and analytics initiatives.
- Prepare executive dashboards and PMO reports summarizing progress, risks, and ROI for leadership review.
Advanced Analytics & Coding
- Design and implement advanced analytics models to extract insights from structured and unstructured datasets.
- Utilize Python / R / SQL for data extraction, cleaning, modeling, and visualization.
- Develop dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI / Tableau / Qlik.
- Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to build predictive and prescriptive analytics pipelines.
- Automate recurring data management and reporting tasks using scripts or workflow tools (e.g., Airflow, KNIME).
- Leverage cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable data storage, analytics, and integration.
Essential
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- 6–10 years of experience in Data Management, MDM, Program Management, and Data Analytics within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare sectors.
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data handling and automation.
- Demonstrated experience managing MDM or Data Governance projects (Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or Asana).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Desirable
- Master’s in Data Management, Business Analytics, or Program Management (MBA / MDM / MS Data Science).
- Certification in PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Project Management.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Databricks).
- Experience with pharma data standards such as IDMP, GxP, and HCP/HCO data models.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and regulatory processes in the pharma domain.
