About Company

We are global provider of cloud-native, no/low-code digital BSS platforms for telecom operators. It enables rapid digital transformation with agile, modular solutions across CRM, Billing, Order Management, and Revenue Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
• Build scalable and secure components for telecom BSS systems (Billing, CRM, Order Management, Revenue Management).
• Integrate with frontend components, databases, external APIs, and telecom systems (SOAP/REST).
• Write efficient unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver high-quality releases in CI/CD environments.
• Optimize performance and scalability of backend systems deployed on cloud or hybrid infrastructure.
  

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong Python programming (3+ years) with experience in Django, FastAPI, or Flask
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and secure coding practices
• Experience working with databases – PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL
• Version control with Git, experience in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Exposure to Telecom BSS/OSS systems is highly preferred
  

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Agile team experience with Scrum or Kanban
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of modules
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
• Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience working in telecom or similar large-scale transactional systems
