The ideal candidate will have experience with front-end and back-end web technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and a desire to join a missionoriented team. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and optimize platform stability and reliability. Develop and maintain legacy Java applications, ensuring reliability and performance. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing systems without disrupting functionality. Expertise with AWS cloud infrastructure and services. Experience with payment processing, including troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting payment integrations within legacy systems. Practical experience leveraging AI tools to assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving, using AI-driven insights to analyze logs, identify patterns, and accelerate issue resolution. Resourceful and self-starting—able to independently troubleshoot issues by thoroughly examining code, logs, JIRA tickets, Confluence documentation, etc. to drive effective solutions. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize legacy code without breaking functionality. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Detail-oriented, proactive in following up, and take care to ensure tasks are completed.
