Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with experience in sales and/or customer support who is comfortable working with SQL to analyze customer data. This role is highly customer-facing and relationship-driven, combining communication skills with data-backed decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Build trusted relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Support customers throughout onboarding, adoption, and renewal
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to resolve issues and drive success
  • Use SQL to analyze customer usage, performance, and trends
  • Identify at-risk customers using data and proactively address concerns
  • Support renewal, upsell, and cross-sell conversations with insights
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, or Customer Support
  • Experience working in a SaaS / software-based environment
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL (mandatory) for querying and analyzing customer data
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to explain data insights in a simple, customer-friendly way
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience handling renewals and account expansion
  • Familiarity with CRM and support tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Experience working with customer metrics and reports
