Key Responsibilities: Engage a portfolio of restaurant clients to help them maximize the value of LimeTray’s products. Act as a consultant to key accounts, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions. Manage renewals proactively by maintaining relationships and planning ahead. Upsell additional products and services to drive incremental revenue. Serve as the main point of contact for large accounts, ensuring trust and satisfaction. Monitor key portfolio metrics like revenue, product adoption, and churn. Create client success stories that support marketing and sales efforts. Collaborate with the product team to implement strategies for greater regional adoption.
