What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience

  in

  Customer Success or CRM

  (SaaS/Martech preferred).

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing

  is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive outcomes.
