Key Responsibilities

• Own ongoing relationships with assigned customers and ensure their success with BiteSpeed.
• Track product adoption and usage for enterprise accounts to drive

  value realization and retention

  trusted product advisor

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues and surface insights.

Ideal Candidate

• 1+ years of experience

  in

  Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services-

  preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts simply and build rapport.
• A customer-first mindset with empathy and a genuine desire to help people succeed.
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced startup environment

  and handling ambiguity.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong reporting and tracking discipline.
