This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager in India.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from sophisticated, technology-driven solutions. You will combine strong technical understanding with relationship management to guide customers through adoption, optimization, and long-term success. Acting as the voice of the customer internally, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, engineering, and support teams. The position offers high visibility, ownership, and impact within a fast-growing, global environment. You will help drive retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction while navigating complex use cases. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in dynamic, scale-up settings.

Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with enterprise customers in partnership with Account Management
  • Act as a primary customer advocate, representing customer needs and feedback internally
  • Develop deep expertise in the platform’s technical and functional capabilities to support customer success
  • Drive solution adoption and ensure customers are progressing toward their desired business outcomes
  • Lead recurring business reviews to assess performance, share roadmap updates, and align on future objectives
  • Identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales teams
  • Proactively identify risks, reduce churn, and define mitigation plans in coordination with leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as customer success, solutions consulting, or technical account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences
  • Proven ability to manage and track technical projects across multiple stakeholders
  • High level of initiative, with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience working in multicultural, geographically distributed teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, or Postman is a plus
  • Knowledge of identity verification, KYC, AML, digital onboarding, payments, or risk management systems is an advantage
  • Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred
