Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Hyderabad. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving customer retention. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, addressing service-related concerns, analyzing client feedback, and identifying opportunities to provide additional value. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and support long-term success for both clients and the organization.

• Experience with Customer Retention and Relationship Building
• Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data and improve service outcomes
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in customer success, client management, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the HR or background verification industry is a plus
