Key Responsibilities: Understand, interpret design plans and sketches provided by Architects or Interior Designers or Managing Partners as per the project need and requirement. Create high-quality 3D models of interior spaces, including furniture, fixtures, and decorative elements. Develop realistic 3D renders of exterior facades, showcasing materials, textures, and lighting effects. Apply 3D modelling expertise in lighting, shading, and rendering to produce photorealistic visualizations. Collaborate with the design team to iterate on concepts and incorporate feedback into 3D models. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all 3D visualizations, maintaining consistency with design specifications and making the 3D views aesthetically compelling. Ensure to meet project deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity. Write additional instructions & comments and position them into technical drawings and blueprints as needed. Teamwork & Quality Assurance Work in sync with the design team and design timelines, also assist the wider teams in refining design drawings as well as supporting Architectural and Design teams. Explore software/tool advancements to improve the quality of visualizations and increase efficiency. Actively involved in providing creative inputs and ideas to the project team pertaining to 3D modelling and realistic view as needed. Commitment to Learning Participates in formal and informal learning activities for personal and professional development. Learns and applies new methods and tools that facilitate work and bring in more efficiency. Candidate Profile: Should be a Graduate with diploma/ certification in 2D/3D Visualization from an accredited institution. Proven experience (3-5 years) as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D rendering skills. Proficiency in tools like 3DS Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, Coral Draw, AutoCAD etc. Should have understanding of architectural and interior design principles. Excellent visual and spatial awareness, with an eye for detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with designers and clients. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of animation and VR technologies is a plus.
