Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning. Job Requirements Proven experience in instructional design, focusing on adult learning principles and e-learning development. Strong understanding of instructional design models, such as ADDIE or SAM. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Lectora. Ability to analyze data to inform instructional design decisions and improve learning outcomes. Strong knowledge of educational technology trends and innovations in instructional design.
