Our Advisory board is a rich experience of Academia & Industry Experts. Description (About the Role):We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven intern to join our Customer Success Team at AIQoD. As a "Customer Success Executive-Intern", you will work closely with our team to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and success with our products and services.Key Responsibilities: - ● Customer Onboarding: • Assist in onboarding new clients by providing walkthroughs of the platform and ensuring smooth implementation. ● Customer Training: • Conduct product demonstrations and help create role-based training materials. • Ensure customers understand the product's features and benefits tailored to their needs. ● Customer Support: • Respond to customer queries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly. ● Customer Engagement & Retention: • Monitor customer accounts to ensure they are actively using the product and achieving their goals. • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and pass insights to the sales team. ● Data Analysis & Reporting: • Track customer success metrics like churn rate, CSAT, and NPS, and report findings to the team. • Analyze customer usage patterns and feedback to recommend improvements. ● Knowledge Hub Management: • Help maintain and update resources like FAQs, tutorials, and best practices. ● Proactive Outreach: • Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to check on customer satisfaction and gather feedback. • Address any concerns or gaps in product adoption. Skills : ● Communication Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication. • Proficiency in customer-oriented communication styles and the ability to convey technical concepts in a simple manner. ● Technical Aptitude: • Understanding of SaaS platforms and tools. • Familiarity with analytics and reporting dashboards. ● Interpersonal Skills: • Empathy, active listening, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. • Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude. ● Organizational Skills: • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. ● Other Skills: • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Bonus: Experience with content creation for training materials or knowledge hubs. Education Qualification & Certifications: ● Educational Background: • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration (Sales/Marketing/ IT/Project Management) OR Computer Science, BE/B. Tech, or related field. • Freshers/Final Year candidates will be preferred. • Candidates from Engineering/Science backgrounds with strong communication skills and an interest in customer engagements are also welcome. ● Preferred Certifications: • Certifications in Customer Success Management (e.g., Success COACHING or CCSM). • Knowledge or certification in SaaS tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, AWS, HubSpot), or Data Analytics tools. • Basic understanding of project management tools.Perks & Benefits: • Hands-on experience in Customer Success Management. • Exposure to SaaS products and cutting-edge technologies like Gen AI. • Opportunities for learning and certification during the internship. • Mentorship from experienced professionals in SaaS domain. • Mentorship and growth opportunities within a forward-thinking company.Criteria/Details About Internship:WFH (Remote Work)Internship period 3-6 months (full time).
