Description:-

We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Sales Leader (Head / Director / Manager) to drive Enterprise AI, PaaS & SaaS Solution Sales at AIQoD. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to lead the full sales cycle from identifying high-value opportunities and building CXO-level relationships to closing enterprise deals and ensuring lasting client partnerships. As part of the leadership team, the Sales Leader will shape AIQoD's go-to-market strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and expand our enterprise footprint across BFSI, Retail, and Pharma/Healthcare domains.

The ideal candidate is a true hunter passionate about AI-driven solutions, experienced in enterprise SaaS/PaaS sales, and capable of translating client challenges into scalable business outcomes. This is a high-impact role in an agile, innovation-led environment where strategic vision meets hands-on execution to fuel AIQoD's growth journey and deliver measurable customer success.

Responsibilities:-

  • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned annual sales targets, including Total Contract Value (TCV) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ACV), contributing directly to AIQoD's growth and profitability.
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new logos while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing enterprise customers.
  • Build and maintain a robust, data-driven sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and timely deal closures to meet quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in account mapping, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management with key decision-makers and influencers across client organizations.
  • Develop structured account plans and conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Exhibit a proactive, go-getter attitude, with strong collaboration and communication skills to build confidence across internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to design and deliver AI-powered, customer-centric solutions that enhance win rates.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and proposal creation to negotiation and closure adhering to AIQoD's business and ethical standards.
  • Partner with the Marketing team by providing competitive insights, market intelligence, and opportunities for participation in key technology and industry events.

Experience in:

  • Technology:

    Strong IT Sales knowledge of Digital Transformation, Analytics, RPA, Enterprise Solutions based on Generative AI, ML, PaaS & SaaS
  • Sales Strategy:

- Developing and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue

and growth targets.

- Identifying new market opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends to position the company

competitively.

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

    :

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, and relationship

building.

- Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns in a

timely manner.

- Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction

and loyalty.

  • Sales Pipeline Management

    :

- Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

- Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate and timely forecasts.

  • Collaboration and Communication

    :

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer

support, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on sales performances

and market trends.

  • Sales Reporting and Analysis

    : Preparing regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
  • Have a winner mentality and be goal oriented and driven by a performance-based compensation structure that adequately compensates high achievers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Passionate, driven, and committed to achieving and surpassing business objectives.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales and order booking targets, particularly in Enterprise PaaS & SaaS Solution Sales.
  • 7 - 12 years of experience in IT Software Sales.
  • There will be 60% of travel to customers across India and if required for overseas opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of IT, BFSI, Retail, and Pharma/Healthcare industries..etc.
