We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Sales Leader (Head / Director / Manager) to drive Enterprise AI, PaaS & SaaS Solution Sales at AIQoD. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to lead the full sales cycle from identifying high-value opportunities and building CXO-level relationships to closing enterprise deals and ensuring lasting client partnerships. As part of the leadership team, the Sales Leader will shape AIQoD's go-to-market strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and expand our enterprise footprint across BFSI, Retail, and Pharma/Healthcare domains.
The ideal candidate is a true hunter passionate about AI-driven solutions, experienced in enterprise SaaS/PaaS sales, and capable of translating client challenges into scalable business outcomes. This is a high-impact role in an agile, innovation-led environment where strategic vision meets hands-on execution to fuel AIQoD's growth journey and deliver measurable customer success.
- Developing and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue
and growth targets.
- Identifying new market opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends to position the company
competitively.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, and relationship
building.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns in a
timely manner.
- Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
and loyalty.
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate and timely forecasts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer
support, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on sales performances
and market trends.
