Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you should have proven experience in customer relationships, client handling, problem solving, and coordination, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in import-export documentation, awareness of Incoterms, and international logistics procedures and industry regulations. Additionally, experience in cross-selling is preferred. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English, along with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure are crucial. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Google Sheets is required. You must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional service is essential. Strong follow-up skills are necessary. Being self-motivated, agile, proactive, and results-oriented are key attributes for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Virtually ensure smooth inbounds and outbounds with coordination with internal teams - Resolve customer complaints and grievances immediately - Communicate with domestic & international clients to receive and process orders - Oversee the accounts of assigned clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met efficiently - Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and renew contracts with clients - Cross-selling and upselling of other products and services - Work closely with other departments such as sales, operations, warehousing, customs clearance, and finance to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless service delivery to clients Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in customer relationships, client handling, problem solving, and coordination, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry - Experience in import-export documentation and awareness of Incoterms, international logistics procedures, and industry regulations - Experience in cross-selling - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English - Excellent interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Google Sheets - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Customer-centric mindset with a passion for maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional service - Strong follow-up skills - Self-motivated, agile, proactive, and results-oriented Please note that the job offers full-time, permanent employment with benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
