Customer Relations Executive

As a candidate for this position, you should have proven experience in customer relationships, client handling, problem solving, and coordination, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in import-export documentation, awareness of Incoterms, and international logistics procedures and industry regulations. Additionally, experience in cross-selling is preferred. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English, along with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure are crucial. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Google Sheets is required. You must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional service is essential. Strong follow-up skills are necessary. Being self-motivated, agile, proactive, and results-oriented are key attributes for this role.
