Position: Event Operations Executive Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-time About The Role:- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Executive to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations, coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring seamless event experiences from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and execute events. Manage end-to-end event operations including logistics, venue arrangements, permits, vendor coordination, and staffing. Develop event timelines, checklists, and budgets while ensuring compliance with financial and operational goals. Supervise on-site event setup, registrations, technical requirements, and breakdown activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, creative, etc.) to align event objectives with organizational goals. Maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and resources. Monitor risk management and ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met.
