Job Description

As a Customer Relations Executive (CRE) at VOC Automotive India Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility is to cultivate and nurture customer relationships in order to contribute to the expansion of the franchise network. Your daily tasks will include making outbound calls, delivering customer presentations, and supporting dealer development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Make 100 outbound calls every day to connect with potential customers and leads. - Establish and maintain a minimum of 5 qualified prospects on a daily basis. - Conduct online video presentations as well as face-to-face meetings to engage with customers. - Stay in touch with prospects, provide guidance throughout the sales process, and assist in their onboarding. - Collaborate in the identification and recruitment of new franchise partners to enhance the dealer network. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software. - Deliver exceptional post-sales customer service and effectively manage customer relationships.
