Customer Relations Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience is required; however, freshers are also encouraged to apply

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proven experience in customer relations, preferably in the events or photography industry is a plus.

Key Responsibility:

• Lead conversions and target achievements
• Quotation Preparation: Prepare detailed and customized quotations based on client specifications.
• Consultation and Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and specific photography needs for their wedding events
• Client Relationship Management :Build and maintain positive relationships with clients from initial contact through post-event follow-up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
