Customer Relations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and persuasive skills.
• Handle client inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about our services.
• Schedule and conduct direct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide personalized solutions.
• Manage online appointments with clients and maintain a professional and helpful demeanor.
• Utilize CRM software to efficiently track and manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Address client concerns, complaints, and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market demands to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:

• Graduation or Post Graduation
• 2 years of experience in customer relations in NBFC, Banking, Insurance, Photography, and Event management field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Candidates with extensive experience may be offered a higher salary package.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
