Job Description

As a Service Advisor, your role is crucial in acting as the key liaison between the customer and the workshop to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and understand their service requirements effectively. - Create detailed job cards and explain service estimates clearly to customers. - Coordinate seamlessly with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery of services. - Keep customers informed about service updates and delivery timelines promptly. - Utilize your skills to upsell value-added services and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) plans to enhance customer experience. Qualifications: - Diploma or Graduate in Automotive or Mechanical field. - Possess at least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. - Demonstrate good technical knowledge and exceptional customer handling skills. - Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) will be an added advantage.,
