Job Description

Customer Relationship Executive – Service (CRE – PSF)

Job Summary:
Responsible for following up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns, contributing to CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers after service to gather feedback.
  • Record and analyze feedback to improve service quality.
  • Coordinate with service advisors to resolve issues promptly.
  • Update DMS or CRM systems with feedback details.
  • Prepare weekly reports on customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure high CSI/NPS scores through proactive communication.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in customer-facing roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
