Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat, Gujarat, for a Customer Relations Executive. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing queries, providing property consultation services, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, assist in the leasing and sale of properties, and resolve client concerns efficiently. Regular tasks include preparing documentation, conducting property visits with clients, and supporting the marketing team in communicating property details to potential customers.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Customer service skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Basic knowledge of real estate, property management, and lease agreements
  • Ability to conduct effective market research and present insights to clients
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple client accounts
  • Fluency in local language(s) and English for seamless interactions with clients
  • Previous experience in customer relations or real estate is a plus
