This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Manager at Rewa Realtors. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing daily HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The individual will also be involved in developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training sessions, managing employee benefits, and contributing to organizational development initiatives.
