Job Description

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring new employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Onboard new employees and ensure they receive proper training and orientation.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement programs to foster positive employee relations and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Oversee the performance review process, ensuring evaluations are conducted regularly and fairly.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee performance, setting goals, and implementing development plans.
  • Manage disciplinary procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Support career development initiatives and encourage continuous learning opportunities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust accordingly.
  • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and best practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures.
  • Review and analyze compensation programs to ensure they are competitive within the industry.
  • Advise employees on benefits packages, including healthcare, retirement, and other employee perks.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports on employee performance, turnover, and satisfaction.
  • Recommend HR improvements based on data insights and organizational goals.
  • Ensure workplace safety and implement necessary health and safety protocols.
  • Promote employee well-being through initiatives such as wellness programs and stress management.
  • Address health and safety concerns promptly and in compliance with workplace regulations.
