Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Bhopal. The HR Manager will oversee core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. This role will require coordinating employee activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing workplace concerns, and developing strategies for employee engagement and retention. The HR Manager will also collaborate with different departments to build a productive and positive work environment.
