Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Bhopal. The HR Manager will oversee core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. This role will require coordinating employee activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing workplace concerns, and developing strategies for employee engagement and retention. The HR Manager will also collaborate with different departments to build a productive and positive work environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Experience in Employee Relations, Team Building, and Conflict Resolution Skills in Policy Development and Compliance with Labor Laws Ability to execute Workforce Planning and Performance Management Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational Skills Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities Proficiency in HR Software and Tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
