Job Description

Responsibilities Training and Development : Develop and deliver training programs for two-wheeler technicians and mechanics, covering vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair techniques. Conduct theoretical and practical sessions to teach the proper techniques for troubleshooting, fault detection, and repairing two-wheeler systems. Develop training materials, manuals, and guides that are easy to understand and use by trainees. Technical Knowledge Transfer : Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and advancements in the two-wheeler industry. Provide hands-on demonstrations of technical tasks such as engine repairs, electrical systems troubleshooting, and other common repairs and servicing. Teach trainees how to use diagnostic tools and other equipment to accurately assess and repair vehicles. Quality Control & Safety : Ensure that trainees follow safety protocols and industry standards during practical training sessions. Perform quality checks and assessments of completed work by trainees. Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, providing feedback and coaching as needed. Product and Service Support : Act as a subject matter expert on two-wheeler products and technologies for internal staff or customers. Provide technical support for service centers or dealerships, helping to resolve complex technical issues. Customer Interactions : Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs, and help them understand the technical aspects of their two-wheeled vehicles. Offer post-training support to ensure that knowledge and skills are retained and applied properly on the job. Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records of training programs, attendance, evaluations, and feedback. Regularly report on training outcomes and areas for improvement. Requirements : Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field. Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in two-wheeler mechanics or a similar technical role. Proven experience in training or teaching technical subjects related to two-wheelers. Skills : Strong technical knowledge of two-wheeler systems (engines, transmissions, electrical systems, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a diverse audience. Patience and adaptability in a training environment. Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Certifications : Certification in relevant two-wheeler mechanics or training programs (e.g., OEM certifications, technical certifications from recognized institutions) would be a plus. Additional Qualities : Passion for two-wheeler mechanics and technology. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training programs and schedules Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹25,800.00 - ₹35,400.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
