What is the role that we need? The Sales Operations & CRM Lead is a senior-level role responsible for enhancing sales efficiency through effective CRM management (HubSpot), sales reporting, pricing strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This role acts as a bridge between Sales, IT, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless CRM adoption, data accuracy, automated workflows, and informed business decisions through robust reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities CRM Management & Optimization: Own and optimize HubSpot usage across the sales organization. Drive 100% CRM adoption through training, automation, and integration. Manage CRM hygiene, automation workflows, and process improvements. Create dashboards and reports in HubSpot and Google sheets/Ms excel. Sales Operations & Reporting: Support process optimization and operational efficiency across the sales cycle. Collaborate with IT to improve data visualization and dashboarding capabilities. Monitor key sales metrics including referrals, pipeline changes, and seat codes Pricing & Proposal Management: Develop pricing options for new positions and renewals. Manage and update pricing tools (e.g., Line Card Tool). Ensure proposal accuracy and SLA compliance through cross-functional collaboration Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Marketing to ensure alignment on tools, processes, and goals. Serve as a subject matter expert for CRM best practices and sales enablement. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Competencies CRM & Automation Expertise Deep knowledge of standard CRM systems, eg especially HubSpot or SalesForce, including setup, customization, and automation workflows. CRM data hygiene management and ability to customize the attributes during different pipeline stages of the sales process Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Sales Operations & Process Optimization Understanding of end-to-end sales processes and pipeline management. Proven experience in streamlining sales workflows and reducing inefficiencies. Familiarity with lead management, deal stages, and sales cycle metrics. Pricing Strategy & Proposal Management Experience in developing and managing pricing strategies for new and renewal accounts. Ability to collaborate on complex pricing models with Sales, Finance, and Legal. Familiarity with pricing tools or pricing templates. Requirements Job Requirements and Credentials: Essential Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, CRM Management, or Sales Enablement roles. CRM Expertise: Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing CRM, especially HubSpot etc.) including: Sales pipeline configuration and lifecycle stage setup Custom dashboard creation and automation of workflows Ownership of CRM hygiene, user training, and adoption strategies Sales Reporting: Strong proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and HubSpot Reporting to generate actionable insights Other: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly and influence cross-functional teams. Desired HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software, Reporting) or equivalent for comparable CRM (eg SalesForce). Experience in an outsourcing, BPO, or SaaS environment, but not a must. Experience working alongside IT teams on CRM workflows, API integrations, or data syncing mechanisms Understanding of pricing models, proposal workflows, and quote generation tools.
