We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) system. As a CRM Specialist in our IT company, you will play a pivotal role in improving customer engagement, driving lead nurturing, and ensuring seamless CRM integration across departments like Sales, Marketing, and Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management:
  • Administer and maintain the company’s CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation to enhance user productivity and customer journey tracking.
  • Data Integrity & Segmentation:
  • Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and completeness of customer records.
  • Segment leads and customers based on demographics, behavior, and engagement levels.
  • Marketing & Sales Enablement:
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to set up automated email campaigns, drip campaigns, and lead scoring models.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and propose optimization strategies.
  • Customer Insights & Reporting:
  • Generate regular reports on customer behavior, funnel conversion, and CRM KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve sales performance and customer retention.
  • CRM Integration & Support:
  • Integrate CRM with other platforms like ERP, website forms, email tools, support systems, etc.
  • Provide user support and CRM training to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
