CRM Specialist

As a CRM Specialist at Finnovate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating customer records using Zoho CRM software. Your responsibilities will include tracking client interactions, analyzing data, and generating reports on customer trends, feedback, and engagement. It will be your duty to ensure data accuracy and security at all times to enhance the customer experience. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in Zoho CRM software is essential, along with the ability to perform data analytics to analyze client data and trends effectively. Moreover, you should have a strong command of MS Excel to handle various tasks efficiently. Ideally, you should have 0-2 years of experience, especially with Zoho Software, to thrive in this position.
