Key Responsibilities Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator (Development Focus) Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform, which supports over 300 users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce administration best practices, coupled with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex Salesforce configurations and code. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our existing Salesforce instance through automation, process improvement, and resolving technical challenges. You Will Administer Salesforce Platform: Maintain and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and other integrated applications(CPQ, Ironclad, Ringlead, Formassembly etc.) . Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings. Perform regular data maintenance, including data cleansing and deduplication. Manage and deploy changes using change sets. Troubleshoot and Debug: Analyze and debug complex Salesforce flows, formulas and validation rules. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Utilize Salesforce Developer Console and debug logs to identify and resolve code and configuration errors. Automate and Improve Processes : Design and implement automated solutions using Flows, Apex and LWC Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations. Utilize SOQL and SOSL to query and manipulate data for troubleshooting and reporting. Support CPQ changes and complex data migrations with data transformation in google sheet. Requirements Job Requirements and Credentials: Essential (MUST HAVE) You Are Experienced Salesforce Administrator with 3-5 years, with a focus on development and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred). Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) and Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM 211) required. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a strong plus. Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting Salesforce flows, Apex, and LWC. Experience with Salesforce automation tools, including Flows and apex. Familiarity with change sets, and deployment processes. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with integrated apps like marketing cloud, or other common apps. Nice To Have Experience with Agile development methodologies Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Show more Show less
