Role Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our finance transformation practice. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in advising high growth clients on improving their financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and performance management capabilities. This role combines financial acumen, data analytics, business strategy, and digital finance transformation expertise. You are expected to work closely with senior client stakeholders (such as CFOs, FP&A Directors, Controllers, etc.) to design and deliver cutting-edge FP&A solutions, leveraging best practices, AI technologies, and analytical tools to drive business insights and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Client Delivery Lead or support the delivery of FP&A transformation projects including: Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Scenario planning and sensitivity analysis Long-range strategic and operational planning Cost and profitability analysis Conduct detailed current-state assessments of client FP&A functions and identify improvement opportunities. Design future-state FP&A operating models, processes, and reporting frameworks. Support digital transformation initiatives such as implementation of EPM tools. (e.g. Oracle Cloud EPM, SAP BPC, Workday Adaptive etc.) Develop and automate dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for enhanced performance tracking and reporting using analytical tools like PowerBI, Alteryx etc. Facilitate workshops and work sessions with client stakeholders to gather requirements and present recommendations. Project Management Lead workstreams and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Track engagement progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure alignment with client expectations, budgets, and timelines. Thought Leadership and Internal Development Contribute to the development of FP&A methodologies, tools, accelerators, and go-to-market offerings. Author thought leadership, white papers, and case studies on FP&A trends and innovations. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team. Business Development Support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations. Identify and pursue business development opportunities within existing accounts. Basic Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance transformation, or management consulting. (Big 4 or top-tier consultancy experience preferred.) Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Hands-on experience with EPM tools. (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, SAP BPC, Planful) Familiarity with ERP systems. (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) Preferred Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability. Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
