Role Description We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Executive Interviewers to join our team, working primarily during EST hours. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outreach only via phone and email to top executives in the investment management and banking space. Your role will be to secure their participation in research studies (through outreach) and facilitating in-depth interviews critical to a key client engagement. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of market research methodologies, and the ability to gather valuable insights that will directly inform our client’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach via phone and email to top executives in the investment management and banking space and perform in-depth one-on-one interviews to gather qualitative insights. Be available to work EST hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST) to facilitate interviews, team coordination, and client communication. Introduce and debrief interviewees on the objective of the research study, interview process, nature of questions, and use of results, ensuring clarity regarding engagement. Take end-to-end ownership of each interview, including scheduling, conducting, accurately documenting responses, sending gratitude emails, and tracking all related tasks. Record thorough responses in the provided template, aligning insights with client research objectives. Represent the client with professionalism and integrity to maintain strong relationships and a positive reputation among senior executives and industry leaders. Collaborate with the research team to design and refine interview guides and questionnaires tailored to specific client needs. Analyze and synthesize interview data to identify key trends, insights, and actionable recommendations for client decision-making. Ensure confidentiality and data protection compliance, maintaining accuracy and security of all collected information. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in executive interviewing and market research. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communication, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 1+ years of relevant experience or in areas of consulting/finance/research. Strong understanding of financial institutions, asset classes, and financial instruments. Proven experience in conducting interviews with senior executives and industry leaders, preferably in a market research or consulting environment. Strong understanding of market research methodologies and techniques. Professional Skills Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with C-suite executives and convey expertise, skills, and qualifications clearly to diverse audiences.
