Job Description

Role Overview: Bough is a unique advisory, assurance, and transformation solutions firm that collaborates with clients in finance, audit, and compliance organizations to create integrated solutions. As part of the team, you will deliver exceptional results to clients with trust, quality, and humanness, embodying the core values of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outreach via phone and email to top executives in the investment management and banking space to secure their participation in research studies. - Perform in-depth one-on-one interviews to gather qualitative insights critical to client engagement. - Work during EST hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST) for interviews, team coordination, and client communication. - Introduce and debrief interviewees on the research study objectives, interview process, and use of results. - Take ownership of each interview, including scheduling, conducting, documenting responses, sending gratitude emails, and tracking tasks. - Record comprehensive responses in provided templates aligning with client research objectives. - Maintain professionalism and integrity to uphold strong relationships with senior executives and industry leaders. - Collaborate with the research team to design interview guides tailored to client needs. - Analyze and synthesize interview data to identify trends and actionable recommendations for clients. - Ensure confidentiality, data protection compliance, accuracy, and security of collected information. - Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in executive interviewing and market research. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communication, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - 1+ years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, or research. - Strong understanding of financial institutions, asset classes, and financial instruments. - Proven experience in conducting interviews with senior executives, preferably in a market research or consulting environment. - Strong understanding of market research methodologies and techniques.
