Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our organization as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical and Electronics (Communication) with at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience. This role demands strategic vision, operational excellence, and a results-driven approach to achieve the company’s growth and profitability goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments including Sales, Projects, Procurement, and Service.
  • Lead and mentor senior management teams to ensure operational efficiency and accountability.
  • Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities in the Electrical & Electronics (Communication) sector.
  • Manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, government agencies, and industry partners.
  • Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Implement innovative processes and technologies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Report to the Board of Directors on performance, progress, and strategic initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and organizational excellence.


Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Electrical, Electronics, and Communication systems.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale industrial or EPC projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Sound financial acumen and business analytics capability.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple operations effectively.


Preferred Background:

  • Experience in manufacturing, EPC, or power/electrical equipment industries.
  • Exposure to government tenders, PSU projects, and large industrial clients.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations and achieving business growth targets.
  • Experience handling a workforce of 100+ employees across departments.
