The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Operations Management

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals in sales, production, and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across manufacturing, sourcing, quality control, logistics, and retail divisions.
• Establish operational policies, systems, and processes to ensure seamless functioning.

2. Manufacturing & Production

• Supervise jewelry manufacturing units to ensure timely and quality production.
• Optimize resource allocation, reduce wastage, and maintain cost efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to design, quality, and hallmarking standards.

3. Sales, Retail & Customer Experience

• Work with retail and marketing teams to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee performance of showrooms, exhibitions, and online platforms.
• Monitor market trends and customer preferences to guide product and sales strategies.

4. Supply Chain & Inventory Management

• Streamline procurement, vendor management, and logistics processes.
• Maintain balanced stock levels and ensure proper tracking of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement ERP or software systems for smooth coordination between departments.

5. Financial & Performance Management

• Collaborate with the finance team to monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Set KPIs for departments and track performance metrics regularly.
• Drive cost optimization and profit improvement initiatives.

6. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, sales, HR, and operations.
• Build a culture of accountability, quality, and innovation.
• Identify training and development needs for staff.

7. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, hallmarking regulations, and export-import norms.
• Oversee risk management, security, and operational audits.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum1015 years of experiencein the jewelry industry, including leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing, retail, and export processes.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
• Experience in ERP systems, process automation, and performance improvement.
