Role Overview We are looking for an experienced, driven, and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team. The COO will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, streamlining service delivery, scaling city-wise operations, and ensuring our tech + human ecosystem runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership : Oversee daily business operations, driver performance, customer satisfaction, logistics, and backend service delivery. Strategy & Execution : Translate the company vision into actionable goals and implement operational strategies to scale across new cities with minimal overhead. Team Building & Management : Lead and build high-performing regional and functional teams, including city managers, support staff, and operational leads. Technology Integration : Work closely with the tech team to improve app performance, implement new features, and ensure smooth operations via automation and tools. Financial Oversight : Manage operational budgets, control costs, and implement systems to improve efficiency and unit economics. Quality & Customer Experience : Establish SOPs and systems for consistent service delivery, complaint resolution, and superior customer satisfaction. Partnerships & Collaborations : Identify and build partnerships with hospitals, hospitality businesses, corporates, and other stakeholders to expand service lines (e.g., valet, hospital assistance). Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure all operations comply with legal and safety regulations while minimizing risk and liability. Ideal Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in operations or leadership roles, preferably in startups, mobility/logistics, hospitality, or tech-based service platforms. Strong business acumen with the ability to scale operations efficiently and profitably. Hands-on mindset with experience in managing ground-level execution and high-level strategy. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in managing distributed teams and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with the Kerala market and urban mobility space is a strong advantage.
