Business Development Executive

About Us:

Dafy Online Private Limited is an innovative mobility startup offering on-demand driver services through our digital platform. We are expanding our operations and looking for dynamic, self-motivated professionals to join our Business Development team.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for our B2B and B2C services. Your role will directly impact the company’s revenue and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients and partners for business collaboration
• Pitch Dafy’s services to corporate clients, travel agencies, and fleet operators
• Drive

  B2B collaboration

  and strategic partnerships to boost service adoption
• Focus on

  sales growth

  by converting leads into long-term clients
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, follow-ups, meetings, and closing deals
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare proposals, reports, and performance metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Actively contribute to marketing and branding initiatives

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to travel as required (travel allowance will be provided)
• Experience in mobility, transport, logistics, or SaaS domains is a plus
