Job Description: Business Development Executive (Work from Home, Kochi Preferred) Role Overview: Join as a Business Development Executive to support lead generation and sales for educational programs in a remote environment. Kochi-located candidates with clear communication and motivation will be prioritized. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals. - Counsel prospective students/clients, explaining product offerings clearly. - Achieve monthly sales targets including initial reference sale. - Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales . - Coordinate with BDMs and training teams for onboarding, queries, and ongoing learning. - Provide timely responses via phone, email, and digital channels. Requirements: - Location: Kochi or nearby preferred. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma. - 1+ year experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support preferred. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable working from home with reliable internet access. - Basic reporting and computer proficiency.
