Chief Operating Officer (COO), Kochi

Experience:

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in an operations executive role within the interior design, architecture, engineering, or construction industry, with a proven track record in profitable operational leadership.
• Extensive experience managing executive premium commercial interior projects (e.g., corporate offices, data centers, hospitality, high-end retail fit-outs).
• Proven experience in a senior management/executive leadership position.

Education:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a related postgraduate degree is preferred.

Skills:

• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management and data analysis.
• Superior project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and inspire teams.
• A strong understanding of business development, risk management, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in business management software and industry-specific technologies (e.g., ERP systems, project management tools).
