In the first 6-12 months, your KPIs expectations include increasing operational efficiency, maintaining or reducing operational costs, ensuring on-time project and product deliveries, building a strong operations leadership team, achieving high customer satisfaction scores, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
