Job Summary:

Hydro Power related Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage overall operations, including tendering, production, and project execution

- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency

- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential delays

- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment and efficient execution

- Analyze and improve processes to enhance productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a COO or similar role

- Strong understanding of tendering, operations, and production processes

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preference will be given to candidates with electro-mechanical/hydropower background and experience of more than 25 years

Salary: Up to ₹12,00,000 per annum
