🚀 We’re Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant (5–7 Years Exp.) 🚀Do you know your way around Employee Central, LMS, and Performance & Goals like the back of your hand?Can you troubleshoot complex workflows, manage configurations, and ensure a seamless HR tech experience?If yes — we’d love to meet you. 👋We’re on the lookout for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant who can take charge of support, issue resolution, and enhancement activities across multiple SuccessFactors modules.🔍 What You’ll Be Doing: 🔹 Providing L2/L3 support 🔹 Managing tickets via ServiceNow or Remedy 🔹 Troubleshooting workflows, data, and integration issues 🔹 Supporting release testing and new feature rollouts 🔹 Collaborating with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Vendors) 🔹 Working with SuccessFactors provisioning, permissions, and business rules✅ What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 5–7 years of hands-on SuccessFactors support experience ✔️ Strong expertise in at least two modules (e.g., EC, LMS, Performance) ✔️ Familiarity with SAP CPI and provisioning tools ✔️ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills ✔️ SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred ✔️ Kochi, Chennai or PuneBonus if you have: ✨ Knowledge of Time Off, Work Zone, or integrations with SAP HCM/Payroll ✨ Understanding of GDPR or working in global support models ✨ ITIL or Agile experienceThis is your chance to join a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real impact on how people work, learn, and grow.📩 Interested or know someone who fits the bill?
