Data Engineer Job Title: Software Engineer (SQL, Python, Superset, ClickHouse) Experience: 2+ Years Location: Bangalore/Kochi Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and driven Software Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our client's Analytics and AI platform team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python programming and writing complex SQL queries. Experience working with visualization tools such as Apache Superset or Power BI is highly preferred and knowledge of ClickHouse or other columnar databases would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries for efficient data extraction and transformation Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and/or GoLang Create interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Apache Superset Leverage ClickHouse to handle and query large-scale datasets effectively Partner with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather and refine data requirements Uphold data integrity, consistency, and security across all systems Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (2+ years) in Python development, data analysis or data engineering roles Extensive experience with SQL, including complex joins, subqueries, CTEs, and query performance optimization Proficient in Python, particularly for data manipulation, scripting, and automation tasks Practical experience with Apache Superset or comparable business intelligence tools Familiar with ClickHouse or other columnar databases such as Druid, Redshift, or BigQuery Solid understanding of ETL workflows and core data warehousing principles Familiarity with cloud data platforms Exposure to version control systems (Git) What We Offer: Opportunity to work with modern data stack and AI platform and tools Collaborative and fast-paced work environment Flexible work hours and hybrid working options Career development and learning opportunities.
