Job DescriptionPerformance Outcomes /Accountabilities • Deliver annual / quarterly Attraction strategy for client(s) • Create engaging attraction campaigns for clients that are delivered on time in line with budget • Create and maintain up to date budget trackers for client(s) • Create and deliver MBR and/or QBR reports for relevant business areas / client(s) • Develop strong relationships within team, SIA, CST, and client • Provide detailed briefs for hubs • Have engaged clients with zero escalations on campaigns, any risks mitigated
Key Responsibilities • Manage the development, implementation, and success of complex proactive and reactive attraction strategies for the client(s) • Drive the conversation with the client(s) on candidate experience and lead on the consultation and implementation of improvements to their current processes • Use a data led approach, tailoring recommendations, and monitoring return on investment (ROI) to inform and develop ongoing strategies • Lead on delivering and analysing the effectiveness of client and Attraction projects in line with required objectives e.g., budgeted cost per direct hire, source mix, ROI • Deliver formal and informal knowledge sharing sessions with senior client stakeholders on Attraction and candidate experience best practice • Manage internal and external stakeholders and key strategic projects • Work closely with the Content & Production and Digital Marketing teams to provide clear brief in line with client requirements • Ensure Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) best practice is considered and evident throughout all content, copy, and assets Critical Knowledge, Skills and Experience • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, competitor activity, and recruitment metrics to inform strategy development and decision-making • Data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to analyse, and interpret recruitment data to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation • Excellent presentation skills • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams in a matrix environment • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, from clients, suppliers and internal teams • Ability to work through others in a matrixed environment • Proven track record in developing and implementing recruitment marketing and talent attraction strategies aligned with organisational goals and talent acquisition objectives • Experience in gathering, analysing, and interpreting recruitment data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement • Budget management and return on investment (ROI) experience • Previous experience in presenting recruitment marketing strategies, campaign results, and insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, in a clear and compelling manner.
