Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at VOH Mediatech, you will play a crucial role in building and leading the operations of India's largest healthcare communication platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Building processes and SOPs from scratch to ensure smooth operations. - Executing multiple events (physical, online, hybrid) across different geographies seamlessly. - Driving operational excellence through data-driven and tech-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing processes, SOPs, and scalable systems for operational efficiency. - Leading end-to-end execution of various events across India and globally. - Overseeing project management, vendor management, budgets, and logistics. - Integrating data and analytics into decision-making processes and performance tracking. - Implementing tech-enabled workflows, automation, and CRM tools for enhanced efficiency. - Collaborating with the Founders & Leadership team to drive strategic growth. - Supporting VOH Mediatech's global expansion roadmap for 2026. Skills & Qualifications: - 35 years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in media, events, healthcare, or marketing industries. - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. - Tech-driven mindset with experience in CRM, ERP, project management, and event-tech platforms. - Exceptional team leadership and stakeholder management abilities. - Strong financial acumen and budget management experience. - Exposure to international operations or scaling businesses is an advantage.
