This role exists to:

• Build scalable operations
• Enforce systems
• Own execution
• Free the CEO to focus on growth & capital

WHAT YOU WILL OWN (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Operations

• All therapy operations (Home + Centre)
• Supply-demand balance of therapists
• Centre & field execution quality

Process & Systems

• SOP creation and enforcement
• Automation of attendance, billing, CRM, reporting
• Process discipline across teams

People & Accountability

• Hiring execution
• KPI ownership
• Performance management & exits

Reporting

• Weekly Ops Health Dashboard
• Monthly churn, LTV, margin & capacity metrics
• Escalations with solutions, not problems

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO

• Set vision
• Manage investors
• Override CEO decisions
• Work remotely

WHO SHOULD APPLY

Must-Have

• 5–10 years ops leadership experience
• Managed 40+ people
• Built systems in messy environments
• Execution-first mindset
• High ownership & spine

Good-to-Have

• Healthcare / service ops exposure
• CRM / automation experience
• IIT / IIM or equivalent pedigree

• Consultant mindset
• Theory-heavy, execution-light
• Needs hand-holding
• Conflict-averse

COMPENSATION

• ₹50,000–₹60,000/month
• 3–4% ESOP (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff)
