Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at VOH Mediatech, you will play a crucial role in building processes and SOPs from scratch, ensuring seamless execution of various events across different locations, and driving operational excellence through data-driven and tech-enabled solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing processes, SOPs, and scalable systems for efficient operations. - Leading the end-to-end execution of multiple events both in India and internationally. - Overseeing project management, vendor management, budgets, and logistics effectively. - Integrating data and analytics to make informed decisions and track performance. - Implementing tech-enabled workflows, automation, and CRM tools for operational efficiency. - Collaborating closely with the Founders & Leadership team to steer strategic growth. - Supporting VOH Mediatech's global expansion roadmap for 2026. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Minimum 5 years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in media, events, healthcare, or marketing sectors. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. - Tech-savvy mindset with experience in CRM, ERP, project management, and event-tech platforms. - Exceptional team leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. - Proficiency in financial management and budgeting. - Exposure to international operations or scaling businesses would be advantageous.
