Who We’re Looking For: A seasoned media professional with a deep understanding of newsroom dynamics and the fast-evolving digital content space. You’ll be someone who thrives on storytelling, values knowledge dissemination, and has a sharp instinct for what clicks in healthcare narratives. Just as important, you can lead and inspire a team of 5–7 talented content creators, journalists, and media professionals. Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Lead editorial strategy across platforms (web, video, podcast) •⁠ ⁠Ideate and curate compelling healthcare content with industry relevance •⁠ ⁠Build and manage partnerships with medical organizations and thought leaders •⁠ ⁠Conduct high-impact interviews – on and off camera •⁠ ⁠Oversee content planning from topics to tone and final output •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with creative and digital teams for effective storytelling •⁠ ⁠Guide and manage a team of 5–7 media professionals •⁠ ⁠Ensure factual accuracy and uphold editorial standards What You’ll Bring : •⁠ ⁠5–6 years of experience in mainstream media/editorial roles •⁠ ⁠Strong team management and leadership skills •⁠ ⁠Industry networking and partnership-building experience •⁠ ⁠Excellent grasp of healthcare policy, innovation, and trends (preferred) •⁠ ⁠Confident on-camera presence and interviewing expertise •⁠ ⁠A creative mindset with a knack for extracting insights and shaping narratives •⁠ ⁠Editorial acumen with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Join us to help shape India’s healthcare narrative and build a platform where knowledge truly leads change.
