Educational Qualification:

MBA- Finance/ Information System/ Operations Management/ CA/ CS/ CMA/ CFA Level-III.

Experience

10-15 Years, experience in reputed organizations in the area of Credit Guarantee/ Agriculture/ Banking/ Finance/ Agri Engineering/ Project Management/ Fund Management.

Annual Fixed Compensation:

Rs. 30 lakh to Rs. 35 lakh

1. Operational Management:

   Oversee operations, lead team, enhance policies, and improve outreach for organizational efficiency.

2. Financial Management & Oversight:

   Collaborate with finance team on budget, taking investment decision, forecasting, and ensure financial controls.

3. Risk Management:

   Manage risk framework, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with credit guarantee regulations.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

   Build stakeholder relationships, coordinate with external teams, and represent the organization at industry events to enhance its profile.

5. Technology and Innovation:

   Integrate technology, enhance efficiency, and innovate processes to meet client and stakeholder needs.

6. Performance Management:

   Tracks performance metrics, collaborates on resource allocation, improves operational efficiency, ensuring the organizations strategic vision is translated into actionable steps for overall success.

7. Human Resources Management:

   Align HR with strategy, manage talent, improve performance, foster relations, ensure compliance, and allocate resources. promote a culture of excellence, motivates teams.
