Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller at HPGK Infra Pvt. Ltd., located in Gorakhpur. Additionally, client relationship management and accurate data entry will be key responsibilities. Position Overview : HPGK Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead its Real Estate Division. The incumbent will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-quality real estate projects within stipulated timelines and budgets. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic foresight, and in-depth technical and commercial expertise to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and sustain the company’s growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic & Business Leadership  Assume full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the Real Estate business across all projects.  Develop and implement strategic, operational, and financial plans aligned with the company’s mission and long-term objectives.  Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and enhancing project profitability.  Collaborate with the Board and management to define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and strategic roadmap. 2. Operations & Project Management  Oversee all facets of project execution, including engineering, design, tendering, procurement, planning, budgeting, and construction management.  Lead the preparation of detailed project plans in coordination with relevant departments to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.  Monitor project performance through robust tracking and reporting systems to ensure adherence to timelines, cost targets, and safety norms.  Evaluate tenders, approve cost estimates, and manage cash flow and budgeting processes efficiently.  Supervise project pre-budgeting, technical review, and commercial closure activities. 3. Technical Excellence & Quality Assurance  Oversee all technical aspects of project execution to ensure design integrity, safety compliance, and construction quality.  Implement and monitor quality control and safety management systems across all sites.  Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and environmental requirements. 4. Leadership & Performance Management  Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the Executive Management Team and project leadership.  Establish clear departmental goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive accountability and operational efficiency.  Promote a culture of transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement.  Review team performance periodically and recommend developmental and corrective actions as required. 5. Governance & Compliance  Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and governance standards.  Periodically assess business performance and recommend actionable improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.  Represent the company in key stakeholder engagements, partnerships, and business negotiations. Compensation : Up to ₹40 Lakhs per annum
